1、 Infrastructure

Anti static layer: usually a surface coating or built-in anti-static agent (such as ionic or non-ionic), which reduces surface resistance (10 ^ 6~10 ^ 11 Ω) to prevent electrostatic adsorption of dust.

Substrate layer: Made of polyethylene (PE), which has flexibility, ductility, and low cost, suitable for irregular surface bonding.

Adhesive layer: commonly used acrylic (environmentally friendly, low residue adhesive) or rubber (high viscosity), choose the adhesive strength according to the needs.


2、 Core Features

Antistatic performance: The surface resistivity can be adjusted to adapt to different electrostatic sensitive environments (such as electronic workshops requiring ≤ 10 ^ 9 Ω).

High transparency: Light transmittance>90%, suitable for optical components such as screens and lenses.

Adjustable viscosity: The initial adhesion range is wide (such as 5-200g/inch) to avoid residue or detachment.

Temperature resistance: Generally, it can withstand -20 ℃~60 ℃, and high temperature models can reach up to 80 ℃.

Physical Protection: Scratch resistant, shock buffering, optional thickness (30 μ m~200 μ m).


3、 Adhesive selection

Low viscosity (5-30g/inch): easy to peel off, suitable for smooth surfaces (such as glass).

Medium to high viscosity (50-150g/inch): rough or curved fitting (such as metal casing).


4、 Thickness selection

Thin (30-50 μ m): Lightweight protection, cost saving.

Thick type (100-200 μ m): Heavy friction environment (such as logistics transportation).


5、 Difference in electrical resistance

Ordinary level (10 ^ 9~10 ^ 11 Ω): generally dustproof.

High static conductivity level (10 ^ 6~10 ^ 8 Ω): precision electronic components.

Temperature resistance requirement: High temperature processes require the use of models that can withstand temperatures above 80 ℃.
