产品描述
1、 Base material
Wet water reinforced kraft paper tape is made by embedding high-strength glass fibers (diamond or longitudinal composite fibers) between layers of laminated kraft paper, and coating them with modified starch adhesive. Its core feature is the need to activate viscosity after wetting, and due to its fiber-reinforced structure, its tensile strength is significantly better than that of ordinary wet kraft paper tape.
2、 Environmental friendliness
The substrate and adhesive are both biodegradable materials that comply with the EU's "WEEE" and "ROHS" environmental directives. They have passed SGS testing and can be recycled along with the packaging materials.
3、 Physical properties
High tensile strength: The glass fiber reinforced structure gives the tape high tensile strength and is not easily broken, making it suitable for heavy-duty packaging.26.
Strong initial adhesion: quickly produces adhesion after wet water, with high peel strength and stable temperature resistance (long-term temperature resistance of 60 ℃, short-term temperature resistance of 80 ℃).
4、 Functional
Text can be directly printed or written on the surface of the tape LOGO, Suitable for the labeling requirements of export cartons.
5、 Precautions for use
Apply water evenly: Ensure that the adhesive surface is fully moist, otherwise there may be local non stick or curled edges.
Surface cleaning: Before pasting, it is necessary to remove dust or oil stains from the surface of the cardboard box to avoid affecting its stickiness.
Storage conditions: Keep a dry environment to prevent the tape from becoming damp and becoming ineffective when not in use
6、 Overview of Technical Parameters
Size: Common widths are 5cm, 6cm, and 7.2cm, with lengths mostly 45 meters per roll and a thickness of approximately 0.13mm.
Color: Natural color (pure yellow), white, and other customized colors.
Packaging: Usually packaged in cardboard boxes, with the quantity per box adjusted according to the width
7、 Applications and Scenarios
High strength packaging: such as export carton sealing, heavy machinery packaging, wood splicing, and other scenarios that require strong tensile strength.
Anti opening design: Covering the original printed words on the cardboard box to prevent secondary opening, commonly used for the transportation of high-value goods.
Environmental substitution: gradually replacing traditional BOPP tape (plastic substrate), in line with international environmental trends
